Terms of Service

Effective date: 31 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Devmire, India, which operates VogueDesk ("VogueDesk", "we", "us"), and they apply when you sign up for or use VogueDesk at voguedesk.in or its subdomains. If you use VogueDesk for a business, you agree to these terms for that business.

1. The service

VogueDesk is online software for boutiques and tailoring businesses to manage clients, measurements, orders, staff, billing, payments and messaging. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you sign up.
• You are responsible for your login details and for what people do with the logins you create for your staff.
• Tell us straight away at hello@voguedesk.in if you think your account has been misused.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and taxes are added as applicable.
• A free trial gives you a paid plan's features for the trial period. When it ends, you choose a paid plan or move to the Free plan.
• Paid plans are paid in advance, for a month or a year at a time, plus GST. They do not renew on their own: the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account moves to the Free plan unless you pay again. Moving to another plan during a period carries the value of the days left over to the new plan.
• Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires or we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.

4. Your data

• The data you put into VogueDesk, including your clients' details and measurements, belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' and staff's details and, where needed, their consent, including before sending them WhatsApp or SMS messages.
• You can export your data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use VogueDesk for anything unlawful, or to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive;
• try to get into another business's data, or test, probe or break the security of the service;
• overload the service, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it; or
• upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or contains malware.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

6. Third-party services

Some features connect to services run by others, such as WhatsApp (Meta), payment gateways, Zoho Books and courier companies. Your use of those services is also covered by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep VogueDesk available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We will try to give notice of planned maintenance.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using VogueDesk and close your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with 30 days' notice if we stop offering the service.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
