Business (₹2,499/month + GST) adds 25 logins, several branches and brands, and AI scanning of handwritten orders. Who the free plan really suits
Be honest with yourself about these limits. One login and 30 orders a month is small. The free plan suits:
- Someone just learning the app who wants to try it with real customers before paying anything.
- A home tailor with a handful of regulars who takes fewer than 30 orders a month, for example a few family friends.
- A shop owner checking whether the workflow fits before paying for a plan.
It does not suit a working shop counter, a boutique with karigars or anyone running a festive season with dozens of orders. On the free plan, you stop at 30 orders a month.
What you can do for free
Within those limits, the core of the app works:
- Client profiles with phone, address and notes.
- Measurements saved against each client, with a date, so you are not hunting through a diary. See the measurement app.
- Orders with their garments and delivery dates, moving through your stages from pending to ready to delivered.
- Invoices and payments, with the advance taken off the final bill.
- Use on any device, in the browser on your phone or computer.
Signs you have outgrown it
You will know it is time for a paid plan when:
- you take more than 30 orders in a month
- you hire a helper or karigar who needs their own login
- customers ask for a GST bill
- you want to pay karigars per piece or track attendance
At that point, pick a plan in the app under Settings → Plan & billing and pay by UPI, card or netbanking.
When a paid plan is worth it
A paid plan pays for itself when it saves a missed delivery, a forgotten balance or the hours spent on the phone answering “ready hai?”. Boutique (₹499 a month + GST) gives 3 logins, 300 orders a month, GST invoicing and WhatsApp updates. Studio (₹999 a month + GST) adds 10 logins, unlimited orders, karigar assignments, job work and payroll, which covers most single-outlet boutiques and tailoring shops.
