Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 and has no time limit. It gives one login and 30 orders a month, with as many clients and measurements as you like.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Every new account gets the Studio plan free for 14 days, without a card. When the trial ends you move to Free unless you pick a paid plan, and nothing you entered is lost.
How do I pay?
Inside the app, under Settings → Plan & billing. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, and the plan starts straight away. You pay for a month or a year at a time and nothing is charged on its own: we remind you before your plan ends.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are in rupees before GST. 18% GST is added when you pay and shown separately on your invoice, so a GST-registered boutique can claim it back.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. A year costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing is deleted. You can still see and finish your existing orders, but adding another login or order past the limit asks you to move to a bigger plan. Order counts start again on the 1st of each month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan whenever your boutique grows. Days left on your old plan are added to the new one, so you never pay twice for the same time.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is for chains and large workshops: more than 25 logins, custom integrations and API access, a dedicated account manager and on-site training. Contact us for a price.
