When one boutique becomes two
Success often means a second label. A designer adds a diffusion line of ready kurtis next to her bridal couture. A family running a ladies tailoring shop opens a menswear sherwani studio. A boutique owner takes over a friend’s label. Each needs its own clients, bills and identity, but it is the same owner checking all of them at night. Multi-brand boutique software keeps them apart without making you juggle separate accounts.
How brands work in VogueDesk
Each brand is set up as its own boutique inside your account:
| Each brand has its own | So that |
|---|---|
| Name, logo, phone, email, website, address | Bills and client pages show the right identity |
| Subdomain | Each label has its own web address |
| Clients and measurements | Bridal clients are not mixed with kurti buyers |
| Orders and production | Each workshop sees its own work |
| Invoices and settings | Billing follows that brand’s details |
| Team and roles | Staff see only the brands they work in |
You see a summary of each brand, including its number of clients, orders and invoices.
One login, many brands
You sign in once and switch between brands. Set one as your default so it opens first. There is no need to remember separate passwords or keep different browsers open.
Team access per brand
Add a person to each brand they work in, with a role for that brand. Your cutting master might work for both labels, while counter staff only see the boutique they sit in. VogueDesk’s roles and permissions, including custom roles, apply in every brand, and each person sees only what their role allows.
How it works in VogueDesk
- Create a new brand from your account with its name and contact details.
- VogueDesk sets it up with its own subdomain and standard roles, and makes you its admin.
- Fill in its settings, such as GST details, logo and stages.
- Add team members to the brand and give each a role.
- Switch between brands from the same login whenever you need.
Multi-brand or multi-branch?
These are different needs:
- Multi-brand means separate labels with separate identities, clients and billing. That is what this page covers.
- Multi-branch means one brand with several shops. If that is you, see software for multi-branch boutiques.
Who it is for
- Designers with more than one label, such as couture and prêt.
- Families running different boutiques under one roof or in different cities.
- Groups managing several stores that keep separate accounts.
Each brand has its own profit and expense reports, payroll and GST billing, so you can see how each label is doing on its own.

Frequently asked questions
Is each brand's data kept separate?
Yes. Each brand works like its own boutique in VogueDesk, with its own clients, orders, invoices, staff records and settings. Nothing is mixed between brands.
Can one person work in more than one brand?
Yes. You add a user to each brand they need and give them a role in each. A manager can be an admin in one brand and have limited access in another.
Does each brand get its own web address?
Yes. Every brand has its own subdomain, which is also used for things like its booking page and client links.
Can each brand have its own GST details?
Each brand has its own settings, including GST configuration, so a label registered under a different GSTIN can bill under its own details.
Which plan includes multi-brand?
Multi-brand is part of the Business plan (₹2,499 a month + GST), which also covers multiple branches, 25 logins, and priority support with onboarding help.
